Why a community is a visibility asset
Teaching produces the thing AI systems are looking for: specific answers to real questions, written by someone who obviously does the work. A community turns that into a repeatable habit instead of an occasional post, and it gives the answers somewhere to live where they compound.
It also does something an audit cannot. It puts you in front of the people who will hire you before they are ready to hire you, which is where trust is actually built.

Who this is not for
If you do not want to teach, this will feel like a second job, because it is one. It works when the teaching is already happening informally and just has nowhere to go.

How is this different from a course?
A course ends. A community keeps producing, because the members bring the questions. A course can sit inside it as the starting path.
Do I have to appear on camera?
It helps and it is not mandatory. Plenty of the work can be written or delivered by someone else on your team, but the point of view has to be yours.
Who owns the content and the member list?
You do. Both. That is the entire reason to build the owned version rather than renting space in someone else's.
How much of my time does it take?
Realistically a few hours a month once it is running, and more than that while it is being built. We will give you a straight estimate before you commit rather than after.
Can you run it for me?
Parts of it. Production, structure and cadence can be handed over. The teaching cannot, because the moment it is outsourced the members can tell.
