Step One
The Discovery Call
Sixty minutes. We look at what AI actually says about your business today, and I tell you what I would do about it.
$249. Paid, because it is real work and real preparation. This is a standalone session and it is not credited toward anything else.
What actually happens on the call
Most agencies open a discovery call by asking about your goals. I open by showing you data. Before we speak I run a small set of real buyer questions through the AI engines your customers use, so the conversation starts with what they said about you rather than what either of us assumes.
- What AI currently says about your business, in its own words
- Which sources it is reading to say it, and whether your website is one of them
- The most obvious gaps between what you do and what it thinks you do
- A straight answer on whether the Everywhere Audit is worth $2,500 for you
- What I would fix first if you never hired me at all
Why it is paid
Because I do the work before the call, not during it. A free call is a sales meeting with preparation skipped. A paid call is a short piece of consulting where you leave with something whether or not you hire me. That is the trade, and it is the same trade I would want.
If you are a referral or you met me at an event, ask. The price is the price, but I would rather you ask than not book.
Who this is for
- You already have a website and it is not the problem you think it is
- You have heard about AI search and cannot tell what is real and what is being sold to you
- You want a straight answer before you spend money on a bigger engagement
- You would rather be told no than sold yes
Who it is not for
- You want a free proposal
- You want guaranteed rankings or guaranteed AI recommendations
- You want someone to confirm a plan you have already bought elsewhere
Pick one area and we go through it properly
Sixty minutes goes deep on one thing or skims three. You choose which, and I run the measurement on it before we speak.
Focus 01
Your brand
What you actually say you do, for whom, and why you rather than the other option. The thing every other surface repeats.
- Your positioning in your own words, not your industry's
- Whether your site, your profile and your proof agree with each other
- The claims you make that nothing on the page supports
- What a machine currently thinks your business is
Focus 02
Your Google Business Profile
For local trades, this is usually the most quoted thing you own and the least recently touched.
- Categories and service area checked against what buyers search
- Your profile read against what your website claims
- Reviews, photos and the questions section
- The contradictions between the two, named
Focus 03
Your website
What a machine can and cannot extract from your site, which is rarely what the design suggests.
- What is machine readable and what is only visible to people
- Structure, headings and the pages that carry your services
- The claims you make that nothing on the page supports
- The two or three fixes worth doing first
Focus 04
AI visibility
What the engines currently say about you when someone asks for a business like yours.
- Real buyer questions run before we speak
- What AI says about you, in its own words
- Where your content is being ignored and why
- What would have to change for you to be named
What you will be asked before we speak
Five questions, sent the moment you book. None of them are trick questions and "I do not know" is a real answer to any of them.
What type of business do you have?
So the buyer questions we run are the ones your buyers would actually ask, rather than a generic set for your industry.
What made you book this call?
The thing that made you book is usually the thing worth measuring first, and it is almost never the thing on the homepage.
Have you tested your business in AI tools before?
If you have, tell us what you asked and what came back. If you have not, that is completely normal and we will do it before we speak.
Do you currently have access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or your Google Business Profile?
Access is not required, and it changes what we can show you. Tell us which of the three you can reach, including none of them.
What is your main goal after this call?
More calls, better calls, a specific service, a specific area, or simply knowing where you stand. All of them are valid and they lead to different work.
Book your Discovery Call
Pick a time that works. You will get the intake form straight away, so the preparation starts before we speak.
Where the call sits
Discovery Call
Sixty minutes. We look at what AI says about your business right now, and I tell you straight whether you need the audit.
The Everywhere Audit
The full read of every surface AI uses to describe you. Measured across four engines, not guessed. Applies in full to your package.
Alignment Packages
The fixes, done for you. You pick the depth after the audit tells you which one you actually need.
The 90-Day Re-Measure
We run the identical measurement again. Same queries, same engines, same method. That is the only honest before and after.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to have ready?
Your website address and the two or three questions you wish a customer would ask AI before hiring someone in your category. That is enough.
Is the $249 refundable or credited?
Neither. It is a standalone paid session. The $2,500 Everywhere Audit is the one that credits in full toward whichever Alignment package you choose afterward.
How long until we talk?
Usually within the week. You will get an intake form immediately after booking so the preparation can start.
Will you just tell me to buy the audit?
No. If your foundation is broken in ways you can fix yourself in an afternoon, I will tell you that and send you the list. I would rather have the referral than the $2,500.
Find out what AI says about you
Sixty minutes. We look at what AI currently says about your business, and I tell you whether the audit is worth your money. If it is not, I say so.
