The short answer
Measure, prioritize, implement, re-measure. The re-measure is the step almost nobody performs, and it is the only thing that turns the work into evidence rather than opinion.
Step one: the Discovery Call
Sixty minutes, $249, paid because the preparation happens before it rather than during it. We run a small set of real buyer questions against the engines and open the call with what they said about you, not with what either of us assumes.
You leave with something whether or not you continue. If your foundation is broken in ways you can fix yourself in an afternoon, we say that and send the list.
Step two: The Everywhere Audit
$2,500, credited in full against whichever package follows. Twenty-five queries, seven repetitions, four engines, every citation URL retained. Plus the foundation audit, the profile review and the off-site sweep.
The output is not a list of complaints. It is a priority order, which is the part that makes it actionable.
Step three: the Alignment package
Foundation, Signal or Everywhere, scoped from the findings rather than picked off a menu. You are never quoted implementation before the measurement exists.
| Package | Scope |
|---|---|
| Foundation Alignment | Your website made readable: plumbing, structure, core pages |
| Signal Alignment | Plus Google profile, trust signals, schema, full content pass |
| Visibility Alignment | Plus off-site presence, content built to be quoted, quarterly re-measurement |
Step four: the ninety-day re-measure
Identical queries, identical repetitions, identical engines. Whatever it shows, you get it, including a result that shows nothing moved.
This is the step almost nobody in this category performs, and it is the only thing separating a method from a story.
Why this page describes our own process rather than a client's
Because we have not yet completed a ninety-day re-measure we are free to publish in full, with the client's permission and their numbers attached. When we have one, it goes here with the figures shown.
Publishing a case study before that point would mean either using numbers without permission or estimating them. Describing the process honestly is the only version of this page we are willing to write today.

What it costs, end to end
Stated plainly, because the most common reason contractors do not start is that nobody will tell them the shape of the number before a meeting.
| Step | Price | Credited |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery Call | $249 | No. Standalone paid session |
| The Everywhere Audit | $2,500 | Yes, in full against any package |
| Foundation Alignment | Quoted after the audit | Audit applies |
| Signal Alignment | Quoted after the audit | Audit applies |
| Visibility Alignment | Starts at, scoped after the audit | Audit applies |
| The 90-day re-measure | Included | n/a |
We do not quote implementation before the audit. Quoting a build before measuring the site is quoting a template, and it leaves you with no way to prove afterward that anything worked.
Questions builders actually ask
Why no client results yet?
Because a result requires a completed ninety-day re-measure and written permission to publish the numbers. Anything sooner would be an estimate dressed as evidence.
Can I talk to a reference?
Ask on the Discovery Call. Whether we can connect you depends on what that client has agreed to, and we will not volunteer them without it.
What if the re-measure shows nothing changed?
You get told that, with the data. It has happened in this field to everyone honest enough to measure, and hiding it is how the category got its reputation.
