For Booked Clients
Client Intake
You have booked. This is what we need before we meet, so the session starts with findings instead of questions.
What we will ask for
- Your website address, and any other domains you own
- Your Google Business Profile link
- Every social profile that represents the business, including personal ones you post from
- The services you want to be found for, in your own words
- Your service area, as specifically as you can state it
- Two or three questions you wish a buyer would ask AI before hiring in your category
- Any directory or association listings you know about
Why we ask before the call
Because the measurement takes time to run and we want you to see results rather than watch us gather inputs. Everything on that list feeds the queries we run against the engines before we speak.
What we will ask you
Five questions, sent the moment you book. None of them are trick questions and "I do not know" is a real answer to any of them.
What type of business do you have?
So the buyer questions we run are the ones your buyers would actually ask, rather than a generic set for your industry.
What made you book this audit or call?
The thing that made you book is usually the thing worth measuring first, and it is almost never the thing on the homepage.
Have you tested your business in AI tools before?
If you have, tell us what you asked and what came back. If you have not, that is completely normal and we will do it before we speak.
Do you currently have access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or your Google Business Profile?
Access is not required, and it changes what we can show you. Tell us which of the three you can reach, including none of them.
What is your main goal after this audit or call?
More calls, better calls, a specific service, a specific area, or simply knowing where you stand. All of them are valid and they lead to different work.
Reserved · intake form
Drop the GHL intake form embed here. The form must carry the five questions above plus the asset list, and the answers should map to the audit query builder.
Find out what AI says about you
Sixty minutes. We look at what AI currently says about your business, and I tell you whether the audit is worth your money. If it is not, I say so.
